Michelle suggests keeping project groups small, usually five members, so as to limit the communication channels needed within the project, which in turn limits the complexity of the project. She then goes on to talk about the deliverables and how acceptance criteria is a necessary measurement that should be written down, used to make sure that all expectations for the project are know, and used to measure when that part of the project is complete. Michelle explains how important it is to know the conflicts and remove the barriers that can slow a project down by taking the time to become aware and to plan ahead by using processes that already exist.
